Meet the team
Ben Watt, Founder and CEO
Ben has over 25 years’ experience helping organisations do wonderful things with their data.
Ben’s career spans niche consultancies and major global firms, including Capgemini Sogeti, IBM and Eir. He also spent four years at Microsoft, sharpening his expertise in BI, analytics and the wider data platform. Seeing the growing demand for organisations to become genuinely data-driven, he founded his own company centred on modern data technology and high-calibre consulting.
He speaks regularly at technical events on topics covering both deep technical content and practical consulting and business skills.
Ben has an IT degree from the University of Queensland, Australia and is Microsoft certified in a number of areas since 2018.

Hailing from north-east Brazil, Tiago has spent almost 20 years working in IT with the Microsoft stack, and today is Operations Coordinator with Datalineo.
Outside of work, you’ll usually find him trail-running or planning his next trip to explore a new country.
