Meet the Leadership Team
Ben Watt
Founder and CEO
Ben has 30 years’ experience helping organisations do wonderful things with their data.
Ben’s career spans niche consultancies and major global firms, including Capgemini Sogeti, IBM and Eir. He also spent four years at Microsoft, sharpening his expertise in BI, analytics and the wider data platform. Seeing the growing demand for organisations to become genuinely data-driven, he founded his own company centred on modern data technology and high-calibre consulting.
He speaks regularly at technical events on topics covering both deep technical content and practical consulting and business skills.
Ben has an IT degree from the University of Queensland, Australia and is Microsoft certified in a number of areas since 2018.
Joe Keating
Chief Operating Officer
Joe has spent almost 30 years helping organisations achieve more through the strategic application of technology, with a particular focus on data, analytics and digital transformation.
His career spans industry, consulting and leadership roles across a range of sectors. Joe spent a decade with PM Group, working within PMI Software, before moving into consulting with Version 1. He subsequently spent five years with Glantus (now part of Basware) as Chief Data Officer, helping lead the organisation through a period of significant growth, including its listing on the London Stock Exchange and subsequent acquisition.
Alongside his industry work, Joe is a lecturer with UCD Professional Academy, where he teaches in the area of Data Analytics, and is a regular speaker at industry events, sharing his experience and perspectives on data, analytics, AI and technology-led transformation.

Tadeu is a Principal Consultant with over 20 years in data, learning how customers' businesses work and delivering the solutions and insights they need. His experience spans reselling, supply chain, bunkering (marine fuel), public health and cybersecurity. Outside of work, he enjoys travelling and experiencing new cultures.
Tadeu David
Hailing from north-east Brazil, Tiago has spent almost 20 years working in IT on the Microsoft stack. He is now Operations Coordinator at Datalineo. Outside of work, you'll usually find him trail-running or planning a trip to a country he hasn't visited yet.
Tiago Solon
Tori is a Senior Consultant with experience across the public and private sectors, from manufacturing to finance. She's a firm believer in paying it forward, whether that's kindness, knowledge or baked goods.
Tori Hume
Jonathan completed an IT degree in the late 2010s and moved into a career in data. He brings years of hands-on expertise to every project, taking on new challenges and delivering for clients, with the same dedication he reserves for Shamrock Rovers.
Jonathan Kiernan
Brendan is a Principal Consultant with over 15 years' consulting experience across manufacturing, MedTech, software and the public sector. Passionate about using data to solve business problems, he loves nothing more than tinkering with SQL, unless it's talking about Connacht Rugby.
Brendan Whittle
Victor is a Senior Data Engineer with over eight years' consulting experience across a range of industries. He's passionate about data engineering, second only to FC Barcelona and Dublin Dogos RFC.

Aaron is a Senior Analytics Consultant who has been honing his Power BI and data skills since 2019 and most importantly, is a proud Limerick man.
Aaron Coughlan
João is an Associate Data Engineer who has worked with the Microsoft data stack since 2019, mainly across B2B commercial, financial and HR domains. Born in Rio de Janeiro, he is passionate about kickboxing, ballroom dancing and discovering new places around the world.
