Senior Analytics Consultant

Summary

Datalineo have an exciting opportunity for a Associate Analytics Consultant with strong skills in Power BI, Data Warehousing and Microsoft Azure Data Platform.

 

You will be involved with leading edge data platform solutions for a wide range of local and global customers. You will get to play with the latest Microsoft data technologies like Fabric and AI.

 

This is a associate-level role requiring a minimum of three years proven industry experience and ability to deliver.

What you will do

  • Design and develop complex Power BI solutions

  • Extract, transform and load data using Power BI and Azure technologies

  • Design best-in-class reports & dashboards for stakeholders at all levels

  • Liaise directly with stakeholder to understand needs and drive value

What skills we’re looking for

  • The primary technical skills we are looking for:

    • Power BI expertise, include skills in data extraction/transformation

    • Strong DAX skills

    • Good understanding of data modeling concepts

    • Data visualization & storytelling expertise

  • You should describe yourself as a solution developer/engineer more so than dashboard creator. This is a technical role.

  • Your abilities should include:

    • Problem solving and results-driven aptitude.

    • Consulting mindset, getting a great job done for our customers

  • Additional expertise we’ll be looking out for

    • Experience in large-scale solution design, development and deployment

    • Automation and scripting skills, like PowerShell and Python

    • Knowledge of Azure Data Platform, Power Platform
