Managing Director and Founder. Ben brings over 25 years experience to help you do amazing things with your data.
Ben's career history includes time in both niche consulting and multi-national firms, as well as focusing his skills on the Microsoft Business Intelligence toolset. Based on the hunger in the market for businesses to become data-driven, Ben decided to create a company with data technology and best-in-class consulting at its core.

Ben Watt
Ben started Datalineo in 2018 after a long career in building our data solutions for customers around the world. He has spoken at conferences on Microsoft Data Platform for over ten years and on occasion blogs with some handy tips and tricks. He originally hails from Australia but has made Ireland home for over 25 years, and can often be spotted hiking the Wicklow mountains.
Tori Hume
Tori blends the worlds of analyst and engineer, thriving across the full data journey. With experience as a BA, DBA, ETL developer, and report builder - mainly in Microsoft technologiesshe brings a strong problem, solving mindset backed by a BSc in mathematics and physics and a Higher Diploma in software development. She's passionate about turning data into insight and always up for a chat about your pet while she's at it.
Aaron Coughlan
A Power BI developer from Limerick, Aaron has spent the last 6 years transforming raw data into sleek, story-driven dashboards that teams actually love to use. Outside of work, he’s a passionate rugby fan and a dedicated runner—rain or shine, you’ll find him on the pitch or pounding the pavement.
